Styrofoam concrete batching plant, special design for light weight EPS wall panels production line, the mixing design including water, cement, foam agent , EPS and fine sand.

The batching plant equipped with 2 mixer, the upper one is main mixer/spiral mixer (singel shaft), the lower one is holding mixer/ U-type screw mixer, which will convey the foam concrete to the tank of injector pump, then be injected into the light weight /EPS wall panel molding machine.

Full set of foam concrete batching plant, with the capacity of 1.5m3/batch, could be loaded into 3*40HQ container. the maximum capacity of the mixer is 3m3/batch at present.
