The batching plant (model: HZS90) stand in Sri Lanka, with the capacity of 90m3/h, finished the installation in 2009. This plant equipped with 4 bins aggregate batcher with individual weighing system, sidewall belt conveyor and XDM twin shaft mixer (model: JS1500).

Some months ago, the owner of the batching plant contacted with us for some regular spare parts, and he told us the main structure of the batching plant still very strong, and running stable, the sealing and mixing performance of the mixer is perfect, what’s more, he said the control system is failure free and easy to operate, they changed many operators during 12 years, while all the new operators can learn it quickly. If any new purchase on batching plants in the future, XDM plants will be his 1st choice.
